Congratulations to Parth and Nishanth!
Parth completed his MS project investigating the electromagnetic design of a high speed linear machine to actuate a hydraulic valve. This project is part of the research group’s efforts to electrify the hydraulic power systems of off-highway vehicles. Parth has delved into the details of linear machine design, optimization, fabrication, and testing.

Nishanth has just wrapped up his post-doc position with us (and before that, his PhD and MS). He is headed to GE Global Research where he will be making his mark on the future of aviation.
